Whether you’re completely new to Pilates or simply new to our studio and already practice regularly, our comprehensively trained instructors tailor each workout to you through personalized instruction designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and build a solid foundation for everyday life and activities.
If you’re new to Pilates, we recommend beginning with private sessions so you can learn the method, become familiar with the equipment, and understand how the system works for your individual body. We have outlined the 3 steps to get you started today! We also invite you to explore the rest of our website to learn more about our studio, instructors, classes, and services. We are more than happy to help you get into the studio, answer any questions, and guide you toward the best fit for your goals and experience level.

Step 1
Book Your First Private Session
Begin with a one-on-one session so we can assess your body, introduce the Pilates apparatus, and start building your personalized program.
Booking is simple—individual sessions can be scheduled directly through our Vagaro booking app.
Step 2
Learn the Method & Equipment
You’ll learn the foundations of the classical Pilates system using the full apparatus — not just the reformer.
Learn the foundational exercises, proper equipment setup, and how to move correctly through each exercise—building a strong foundation so you can confidently progress and advance with group classes and other teachers.
Step 3
Progress Into Your Program
Continue with private sessions, semi-privates, or small group classes designed to help you reach your goals.
Once you’re confident with the exercises, equipment, and proper movement, we encourage you to mix up your workouts—book semi-privates with friends, join a class, or train with another instructor so you can get more Pilates workouts in throughout the week.
New Client Intro Package
3 Private Sessions – $330
Our New Client Intro Package is designed to help you begin your Pilates journey and experience the benefits of the Classical Pilates method in our studio. Available for new clients only. Limit one per client. Must be used within 4 weeks of purchase and is subject to our studio policies.
These three private sessions allow you to:
